Who we are
This site is run by Clearwork Studio ("we"). Contact: clearworkhq+audits@mail.grokbot.com.
What we collect
- Intake form: your name, email, business name, website address, page count, platform, package choice, and any notes you add.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and payment confirmation, but never your full card number. Stripe's use of data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
- Audit work: the public pages of your site, and any test account you choose to give us.
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, deliver and support your audit or fix work, take payment, and keep basic business records. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the business: Cloudflare (hosts this site and stores intake form submissions), Stripe (payments), and our email provider. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Intake form submissions that don't turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. Audit reports, project emails, and payment records are kept for 3 years after the project ends, for our business and tax records, then deleted. Test logins are deleted when the project ends. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we need to keep it for tax or accounting reasons.
